Account deletion

Delete your Galomira account

You can request deletion of your Galomira account and its associated data at any time, directly from the app or the website. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

    Open Galomira

    Sign in on the app (iOS/Android) or at galomira.com.

    Go to Profile

    Tap or click your profile, then choose “Delete account.”

    Choose when

    Pick “Delete immediately” to remove your account right away, or “Delete in 30 days” to schedule it — you can cancel the scheduled deletion any time before it runs.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: display name, username, bio, avatar photo, and any Instagram/Snapchat/Facebook links
  • Posts and comments you wrote — their text is replaced with “[deleted]”
  • Your notifications and @mentions
  • Uploaded photos and videos attached to your posts and profile
  • Your login credentials and account access

What's retained, and why

  • Direct messages you sent stay in the recipient’s inbox so conversations aren’t broken for the other person, but your name/photo is replaced with “Deleted user” and no longer identifies you

If you chose "Delete in 30 days," your account and content stay active and visible as normal until the scheduled date, in case you change your mind.

Can't sign in to your account anymore? Email support@galomira.com from the email address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
