Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation
Galomira (operated by Aegeon Studios) is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform, in line with applicable law and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
Our commitments
- Galomira has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind — including content, grooming, or solicitation.
- Galomira is not directed at children. Residents must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Every account is tied to a verified real identity and a specific neighborhood, reviewed by a neighbor or moderator before posting is allowed.
- Content and accounts that violate this policy are removed as soon as we become aware of them, and the responsible account is permanently banned.
- Where required by law, we report confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and related activity to the relevant law enforcement and national authorities (for example, the Swedish Police Authority or, where applicable, NCMEC).
How to report a concern
If you see content or behavior on Galomira that concerns you, please report it right away using either of these methods:

Open the post, comment, or profile in question and choose “Report.” Select a reason and submit — this goes directly to Galomira's moderators and admins for review.
By email
Email support@galomira.com with as much detail as possible (a link or description of the content, and the username involved, if known). We review every report.
